Revel – Improving health care wellbeing
Revel – Improving health care wellbeing, supports the development and maintenance of several processes known to promote mental health in various organizational settings. Based on an adaptation of R2MR, user-friendly tools highlighted elements such as moral distress, organizational structures, institutionalized practices and leadership as they impact the mental health and wellbeing of Canadian healthcare workers who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
